Bhairab Kunda Trek

Bhairav Kund, the holy lake, is named after lord Shiva, who is also known as  the "Bhairav". The beautiful lake is situated in  the north-east of Kathmandu and  the next right to Panch Pokhari. The lake site is close to Nepal -Tibet border.It is one of the popular trekking sites of Nepal. There is no denying the fact that one can enjoy a typical Nepali life and culture along the way to the lake. When one ascents to the  top of Bhairab Kund, one can enjoy a panoramic view of Rolwaling range, Jugal Himal range and some of the Tibetan mountains as well. 

 
Itineraries:
Day 01. Arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu transfer to hotel.
Day 02. Full day sight seeing in Kathmandu valley. Overnight in hotel.
Day 03. Today, we will proceed towards Chautara (1200m) from Kathmandu (1350m.)
Day 04. Early in the morning after breakfast, the trek starts from Chautara to Phusre (2045m.) Overnight in teahouse.
Day 05 After breakfast, from Phurse ,the trek proceeds towards Kami Kharka (2845m.) Overnight in teahouse.
Day 06 Today, we start our trek from Kami Kharka  and reach Pauwa Bas (3000m).Overnight in teahouse.
Day 07 Early in the morning, after breakfast, the trek starts from Pauwa Bas and  we reach Hille Bhanjyang (3400m). Overnight in teahouse.
Day 08 Today, from Hille Bhanjyang  we reach Nasim Pati (3700m.)
Day 09 After breakfast in Nasim Pati , the trek proceeds towards Panchpokhari (five lakes) (4100m).Overnight in teahouse.
Day 10 Early in the morning, the trek starts from Panchpokhari and ends at Nasimpati (3700m.). Overnight in teahouse.
Day 11 From Nasimpati, we reach Dukang (2100m.). Overnight in teahouse.
Day 12 Today, the trek starts from Dukang and after a day-long trek we reach Dhap (1200 m). Overnight in teahouse.
Day 13 After breakfast, today morning, we start our trek from Dhap  and end at Melamchipul (800m). Overnight in teahouse.
Day 14

From Melamchipul Bazaar , we slowly drive to Kathmandu. Overnight in hotel.

Day 15 The trek ends. Back to home destination.
 

COST INCLUDES :

  • Arrival in International Airport and Departure.
  • hotel in Kathmandu and pokhara with Bed & Breakfast.
  • Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara with Guide.
  • Local Transport and domestic flight.
