Naya Kanga Peak Climbing

The Langtang Valley trek takes you to an area of Nepal where the most of the trekkers have enjoyed their great holiday trips. Nepal's second largest national park, the park has healthy forests of rhododendron, fir, blue and chir pine and birch. The wildlife in the park includes leopard, musk deer, Himalayan black bear, rhesus and langur monkeys and the endangered red panda.

Formerly known as Ganja La Chuli, Naya Kang (5,844 m) rises to the west of Ganja La, and is a popular but difficult mountain to climb. The normal route to this peak is via the snowy north-east ridge. It is not yet clear who climbed this summit first. The most important reward of climbing Naya Kang You will have stunning views of Lantang Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang 7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m) and mighty Shishapangma (8027m) in Tibetan side.

Day 07 Trek to Kyangjin Gomba (3800m)
Day 08 Rest day in Kyangjin for Acclimatization Lodge. (3800m)
Day 09 Kyangjin to Ngegang (4300m)
Day 10 Trek to Base Camp/High camp (4900m)
Day 11 Summit Naya Kanga (5844m)
Day 12 Trek down to Ngegang (4350m)
Day13 Trek to Dukpu (4023m)
Day 14 Trek to Tarky-Gyang (2560m)
Day 15 Trek to Sharmathang 2621m)/Kakani Danada Camp/Lodge. (2621m)
Day 16 Kakani to Melamchi Pul Bazaar (846m) & Drive to Ktm in Hotel. (846m)
Day 17 Sightseeing in kathmandu/Free day overnight in Hotel. (1350m)
Day 18 Transfer to International Airport and fly home. -
