1. Booking and Payments

1.1 All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation.

1.2 Full payment must be made before the start of the trek as per the agreed timeline. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

1.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon by Bochi-Bochi Trek.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date will receive a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

2.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip start date.

2.3 In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes), Bochi-Bochi Trek will offer alternative dates or treks.

3. Health and Fitness Requirements

3.1 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or fitness limitations at the time of booking.

3.2 Bochi-Bochi Trek reserves the right to deny participation if it determines that the client’s health and fitness levels are unsuitable for the trek.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1 All clients are required to have travel insurance that covers trekking, medical evacuation, accidents, and trip cancellations.

4.2 Bochi-Bochi Trek is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.

5. Itinerary Changes

5.1 Bochi-Bochi Trek reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or safety concerns.

5.2 Clients will be informed promptly of any changes, and alternative arrangements will be provided where possible.

6. Liability

6.1 Bochi-Bochi Trek is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during the trip.

6.2 Clients participate in activities at their own risk, and Bochi-Bochi Trek will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control.

7. Conduct and Behavior

7.1 Clients are expected to respect local customs, culture, and wildlife during the trip.

7.2 Bochi-Bochi Trek reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe to the group or staff.

8. Equipment and Gear

8.1 Clients are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing, footwear, and personal equipment as specified in the trip details.

8.2 Any rented equipment provided by Bochi-Bochi Trek must be returned in good condition.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Bochi-Bochi Trek shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.

10. Photography and Marketing

10.1 Bochi-Bochi Trek reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during trips for promotional purposes unless a client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes will be resolved under Nepali jurisdiction.
